NTG Packaging Solutions GmbH offers a variety of Flexboxx systems, which differ in three characteristics:
1. size
In addition to truck-optimised Euro sizes (1.20 m x 0.80 m) and standard industrial sizes (1.20 m x 1.00 m), container-optimised sizes may also be of interest for your worldwide shipments.
2. quality
Not all corrugated cardboard is the same. The Flexboxx is available in different versions. The basic factors are the paper quality and the type of corrugation used.
3. load (load capacity)
The load-bearing capacity is defined on the one hand by the quality and thickness of the cardboard and on the other hand by the load-bearing capacity of the pallet. In combination, a wide variety of stacking capacities can be developed.

Are you looking for a quick and easy way to package your products? Then the Flexboxx is just right for you!
Corrugated cardboard packaging is the most common in the world. It provides good protection and is particularly useful for disposable systems. As a manufacturer or retailer, you are looking for a quick and uncomplicated way to package your products.
The folded corrugated cardboard box connected to the pallet is unfolded and the multiwall corrugated cardboard ring on the inside is set up and within a few seconds the Flexboxx is easily assembled and ready for use. Your products can now be packed directly into the box. Then place the supplied cardboard lid on top and your box is ready for dispatch.
Storage capacities are tight, the minimum order quantities for cartons are usually very high and pallets also have to be purchased in large quantities for economic reasons. This blocks space that was planned for your products. The Flexboxx allows you to use your storage space for more important things, because it is delivered according to demand - plan according to your actual consumption and have the exact quantity delivered that you need.
High minimum purchase quantities reduce the price, on the other hand you tie up capital for packaging that you do not need in the short term. You also pay for the Flexboxx according to demand and reduce your capital commitment to the lowest possible denominator.
